US outgunned by Russia?

US Shadow government may be outgunned

It ought to be clear to everyone that Russia is the West’s permanent whipping boy.

After Aleppo was liberated by a joint Russian-Syrian-Iranian effort, right away, the Western msm spun this victory into an evil deed, reminding the world that there was collateral damage, as if we never have any of that in our wars. Trump – the msm slayer – jumped on the msm’s bandwagon and said that what the Russians did in Aleppo was “bad, very very bad.”  Have you noticed that when Trump makes pronouncements, he rarely bothers to explain? Yet the killing of civilians in Mosul, where the “good war” was being fought by the US and Iraq, while condemned even by Amnesty International, was largely given a pass by the press that Trump claims to oppose. I am not saying Americans should stop supporting Trump. What I am saying is that at this crucial juncture, which I have previously called a rah rah moment, warning that such moments are the most dangerous of all in our  history, Trump needs watchdogs to keep him straight, not cheerleaders to encourage him to keep flip-flopping and being wishy-washy.

After all, when the public absolutely demands something, the msm find it impossible to oppose them for very long. You must demand an end to the provocation of Russia and its allies, and if moral and practical arguments have not persuaded you, then have a look at some military reasons shown below.

We now know that the allegations of a Russian hacking were false. Anyone paying attention knew that the leaks had to have come from the inside. In fact, Craig Murray, a close associate of Julian Assange, said he was involved in passing along this info trove to someone else and that it came from a disgruntled Bernie Sanders supporter. Oh, no, said 17 intel agencies in unison, only Russia had the motive to disclose damning evidence about Hillary to the public. After all, why would a Bernie Sanders supporter be disgruntled about Hillary’s winning the primary thanks to dirty tricks played on Bernie by her campaign?

Anyone with a brain cell knew the Shadow Government was lying as usual. After all, CIA assets are trained in lying. They’re experts.

But this week the world learned that the CIA has software designed to make it look like the Russians are hacking us.

Oh but, said 17 intel agencies, trained to lie, we never used this software, just had it lying around for amusement. Trust us.

I say all this to remind you that the US Deep State/Shadow Government will never be persuaded by reason or diplomacy to tell the truth or stop destroying peaceful and stable countries with their color revolutions and their indiscriminate bombing raids.

Which is why I have decided to translate a long article detailing most of the innovations in Russian military hardware. The first installment appears below, along with other supporting information. For the same reason, I had previously posted my translation from Chinese of the Dongfeng missile, capable of wiping out the entire US instantaneously. But that was in 2013. There is a new and better Dongfeng now. What’s the next step up from instantaneously?

Clearly, neither the Pentagon nor the State Department will ever stop creating chaos and destabilizing perfectly functional countries until they are stopped. I am not suggesting that Washington needs to be nuked to stop the Neocons/Neoliberals in their tracks. What I am saying is that they must probably be convinced with incontrovertible proof that they cannot defeat Russia. To do so would mean defeating China and Iran as well, and within a few short years, the rest of the world could become sick and tired of the US-generated mischief as well, and might very well abandon us. Already, Asian, Middle Eastern, African and South American countries are buying up military hardware made in Russia or China. Europe is interested in their hardware as well and is waiting for the sanctions to be lifted. And of course, the US has been buying rocket engines from Russia to launch its satellites.

I have been trying for years to persuade the public, from a moral and practical standpoint, to support politicians who stand for a more-rational foreign policy. There are precious few, but Hawaiian congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is a commendable stand-out. Now to complement this, I hope to be able to post regular reports aimed at showing why our constant provocation of Russia, and also Russian allies China and Iran, is a bad idea from a military standpoint.

A new Putin tool: “Satan-2” can cover a territory the size of France

03/02/20173718129

Olle Ohlsén Pettersson

In recent years, Russia has invested heavily in modernizing its armed forces. In addition to the innovative missile system, it includes new nuclear submarines and one advanced air defense system.

On Wednesday, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu presented in the State Duma new plans for their development. Here are some types of weapons that affect the balance of the world – and in the Baltics.

RS-28 “Sarmat”: “Satan-2”

The RS-28 Sarmat is an intercontinental ballistic missile with a nuclear warhead. It can cover an area comparable in size to Texas or France. The missile has a range of 11 thousand km, and weighs 100 tons. It was developed to replace the older R-36M Voevoda, known as the “Satan”. [This is the name assigned by NATO, not Russia—Don]

Comparison of US-Russian arms

by Don Hank

The problem with US armaments is cost. The armed forces do not buy efficiently and are sitting ducks for cost overruns and boondoggles, thanks to lobbying and politics in general, problems that Russia has got under control for the most part. Take the F-35. So far it has cost $400 billion to develop. Yet it is at a disadvantage over, say, the Russian S-35 in several ways, including speed, a key factor in dog fights, altitude and number of missiles carried.

Here is what BGR says:

“America’s F-35 stealth fighter platform, which was just formally introduced in 2015 with the F-35B, carries a price of around $100 million per unit, and its stated specs are largely inferior to those Russia claims of the T-50. The plane is expected to enter full production next year, and Russia has already committed to buying ‘at least one squadron of the planes from the first batch’.” [a squadron is anywhere from 12 to 24 aircraft—Don]

The cost of the Russian S-35 is only $65 million, lots cheaper. However, the F-34 is superior in bvr (beyond visible range) combat, thanks to its superior stealth.

The other match receiving world  attention is between the ultimate stealth fighters, the US F-22 Raptor and the Russian Sukhoi PAK FAT-50, both superb fighters rather evenly matched all in all.

However, the Raptor costs $350 million per unit and has suffered enormous birth pangs, as described by the NY Post, while the PAK FAT-50 reportedly “costs a fraction of the Raptor.

Chinese journalist interviews Assad

Interview between Assad and Chinese reporter. Compare this intelligent interview on foreign and military affairs with any interview with any Western official or politicians on such a topic. And compare the articulate and thoughtful Assad with the religious fanatic thug in Riyadh.

But note Assad’s view of Erdogan vs that of Putin. And yet the Syrian president gets along with Putin. This is the essence of diplomacy, which almost the entire West has lost.

Outrage: Know-nothing European “journalist” hacks meddling in US elections

Outrage: European “journalist” hacks meddling in US elections (they’re either bought or woefully misinformed)

by Don Hank

I watch the news and talk shows on Deutsche Welle and am hearing both German politicians and journalists alike saying some of the stupidest things about Donald Trump, notably that he – and not the warmongering Neocon Hillary – will be the one candidate to start WW III.

The German-based Spiegel Magazine has published, in English, a Neocon hit piece by Marc Pitzke titled “Trump Has Shown His True Side, It’s Time To Act,” with a secondary title “Donald Trump Is a Threat to the US and World Peace.”

Is that nuanced enough for you? Let’s see if we can guess whether Marc is another bought and paid for Establishment shill or an honest journalist seeking the truth behind the political correctness.

Ironically, this same Spiegel empire that publishes Pitzke’s tripe once featured at the top of its bestseller list, the book “Bought Journalists” by Udo Ulfkotte, former editor of the prestigious daily Frankfurter Allgemeine and best-known whistleblower on European media, exposing European journalism as a fraud bought and paid for by the CIA.

I had shown before that the real war monger is Hillary (who voted for the Iraq invasion) and the peace maker is Trump (who accurately chided Jeb Bush that his brother had made a mess of Iraq). I pointed out that:

Hillary, for her part, has compared Putin with Hitler, and her choice of pro-war cabinet members has led a number of scholars to predict that a Hillary presidency would lead to a nuclear war.

One such scholar, Stephen F. Cohen, professor emeritus of Russian studies at NYU and Princeton, has said:

“We’re approaching a Cuban Missile Crisis level nuclear confrontation with Russia,” he explained. “And there is absolutely no discussion, no debate, about this in the American media.”

“Then along comes, unexpectedly, Donald Trump,” he continued, “Who says he wants to end the New Cold War, and cooperate with Russia in various places… and –astonishingly– the media is full of what only can be called neo-McCarthyite charges that he is a Russian agent, that he is a Manchurian candidate, and that he is Putin’s client.”

Cohen is joined by other serious experts and US officials as reported here, here,  here,  here, etc, who  warn that, despite the outrageous lie that Trump is a threat to peace, it is in fact Hillary who may very well start the next war.

An article in Zero Hedge reports that Michele Flournay, who is expected to be named to head Hillary’s Pentagon, “advocates sending more American troops into combat against ISIS and Assad than Obama has been willing to commit.” By contrast, Trump has said “Let Syria and ISIS fight. Why do we care?”

I need to add to this that Hillary, and not only her choice of Pentagon chief, is on record as saying she supports a US-enforced no-fly zone in Syria, where Russia had already shown its deadly anti-aircraft missile power. According to “Little Marco” Pritzke, such a no-fly zone in a country bristling with dead-eye accurate Russian S-400s and S-500s would in no way threaten world peace. Of the two candidates, despite facts to the contrary, only Trump would be a threat to world peace in Pritzke’s benighted view.

But what about the US? Pitzke also averred Trump threatens the US. Now, as I just pointed out yesterday, the US invariably referred to by the bought Western “journalists” described in whistleblower Ulfkotte’s book is not the US people – that would be you and me – but rather the Washington Establishment, which is inexplicably touted throughout Western Elitedom as the Indispensable Nation and the Exceptional Nation.

Anyone who questions the wisdom of the US-led NATO, for example, is regarded by Western journalists and politicians as a blasphemer. After all, if the US Establishment is the Exceptional Nation, then it is to be regarded as blessed by the Almighty and anyone thwarting its will is opposing the Divine Plan for mankind.

Now if I had Marky Pitzke before me, I would remind him that NATO and the US took out Ghadaffi and created a vacuum that virtually invited ISIS to fill it. Libyan refugees with nowhere else to go have come to his country in droves. I would also remind him that the Syrian war was unwittingly supported wholeheartedly by Western politicians and journalists, who were supporting the Arab Spring, wherein foreign Islamist fighters opposed Bashar al-Assad, a secularist leader who had established a peaceful society in which Sunnis, Shiites and Christians alike respected each other, and, thanks to these Western efforts, millions of Syrians are now forced, like the Libyans, to flee to Europe, creating a major humanitarian crisis that threatens to collapse Angela Merkel’s CDU party. Likewise, the US Establishment worshipped by Pitzke and his fellow toadies invaded Iraq, causing the same chain reaction there, which also adversely affects Europe. And then there is the NATO-induced debacle in Kosovo that no Western journalist dares to write about, but which I have documented here. And let’s not forget Ukraine, which the Washington and European elites — notably those of Pitzke’s country — transformed into a failed state.

Ironically, Marc Pitzke fears Trump in part because Trump questions the usefulness of NATO and the US State Department’s policies that caused the crisis in Pitzke’s own country.

But unlike Pitzke, Trump’s supporters are justifiably not afraid that the US Establishment is being challenged. They are afraid it will survive long enough to create another Iraq, another Libya, another Kosovo, another Syria, and a war with Russia, none of which would benefit Germany or any other country.

Is Mark Pitzke not precisely the kind of “bought journalist” described by Udo Ulfkotte? Or is he just woefully uninformed or short on gray matter?

Either way, what in heaven’s name is this two-bit hack doing meddling in another country’s elections when he hasn’t a clue as to what is going on?

If you agree that this “journalist” lied about Trump being a warmonger, please write to Marc Pitzke at Marc.Pitzke@spiegel.de and tell him so. You can tell him that in lying about Trump, he is supporting the fascist Hillary Clinton, who talks as though she wants war in Ukraine to support the far right regime and its fighters who wear logos that originated in Nazi Germany.

More importantly, You can write to the Spiegel editor in chief from the page linked here http://www.spiegel.de/international/how-to-contact-spiegel-with-confidential-information-a-1030555.html and denounce the lying Marc Pitzke. I told them if they want to lie about Donald Trump, they need to be careful not to be so obvious. They can hate Trump if they want to, but they can’t honestly say he is a warmonger because he has said he can get along with Putin, and especially since Hillary’s statements prove she wants to confront Russia militarily, a very bad idea if you want peace. I sent them a link to this post.

Declassified document shows Obama DID know he was creating ISIS

Declassified document proves Obama DID know he was creating ISIS

by Don Hank

A recent column appearing at zerohedge.com confirmed that a tweet by Donald Trump hinting that Obama knew he was creating a terror group when he sent arms to “rebels” in Syria was on the money.

QUOTE:

The tweet included a link to this story that appeared on Breitbart: an account of a 2012  intelligence report from the Defense Intelligence Agency predicting the rise of the Islamic State in Syria – and showing how US policy deliberately ignored and even succored it. Secured by Judicial Watch thanks to the Freedom of Information Act, the document says it’s very likely we’ll see the creation of “an Islamic State through its union with other terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria.” And this won’t just be a grassroots effort, but the result of a centrally coordinated plan: it will happen because “Western countries, the Gulf states and Turkey are supporting these efforts” by Syrian “opposition forces” then engaged in a campaign to “control the eastern areas (Hasaka and Der Zor) adjacent to Western Iraqi provinces (Mosul and Anbar).”

The author reminds us that “Western countries” includes the US.

Whether Obama and Hillary are Muslims or not is hardly the issue here. They are an important part of the Saudi Rat Pack (SRP) and that is all we need to know. If there were any justice in our country, they would both hang for treason.

BTW, a lot of hullabaloo is made over the “evil Muslims,” and Christians are some of the most vociferous in condemning all Muslims for what the Saudi Rat Pack does. I agree that Islam is not the religion of peace and that Mo was basically a fraud.

However, I have interacted with Muslims lately and am getting a much more-nuanced impression of things.

Two anecdotal pieces of evidence:

I attended a local English-speaking church on Easter Sunday here in Panama, and after the service they offered free food in the church basement. We sat at a table with a guy who turned out to be Indonesian, a really nice, respectful guy who had taken part in the service. When he told us where he was from, I said aren’t you folks Muslims? He smiled and said they were. My family and I gathered that he was admitting that he was a Muslim, and for me that was no surprise. I had lived in Asia for over 3 years and had made friends and acquaintances there. I learned early that Southern Asians are open to various religions and can confess more than one religion. In fact, the Buddhists believe that there are 5 great religions and Christianity is one of them. They deeply respect Christianity. Sounds insane to most Westerners, but that is how they are.

So I told the young Indonesian Muslim church goer that I had understood that Indonesian Muslims are different from their Middle Eastern brothers. He was quick to let me know that his countrymen want nothing to do with the Saudi violence and intolerance. He was definitely sincerely incensed about this and about the fact that people might mistakenly think his countrymen might largely sympathize with radical Islam. He said there was only one small region in Indonesia where the Muslims were radical like the Saudis.

The next piece of evidence came in today. I was seated in a lounge area of a large department store waiting for my wife and daughter to finish spending their money and noticed a gent sitting beside me who was looking about as bored as me and we struck up a conversation. He turned out to be an Albanian, one of 2 diplomats opening an embassy in Panama, and he had lived in Kosovo. Many of you know that I have written a piece on Kosovo, mostly a translation about the horrors that Serbs face there. He did not deny that this had happened in the past but said that the Serbs had really abused the Albanians for years. He pointed out that over 100 years ago, Serbia had tried to illegally annex Albanian territory. I told him I didn’t think any of that justified mistreating Serbs in Kosovo, but I saw he was not to be persuaded, so I decided to change the subject a bit and told him I had heard that the Saudis had sent money to Kosovo after the war was over.

He said that Kosovars do not like Saudi interference and that he knew they were causing trouble in Kosovo.

I was shocked to hear that he and I could agree that the Saudis were behind much of the mischief in the Middle East. In fact, he was clearly disgusted by it. He insisted that no one wants terrorism (meaning Muslims) and he sounded sincere.

Clearly the Islamic world is not a monolith and we owe it to ourselves to learn from individuals like my Indonesian and Albanian friends.

I had noticed a while back that there are certain groups of people who want us to believe that Muslims are all cookie cutter copies of each other, and what I noticed about these folks is important, so please pay attention:

These folks who want us to hate ALL Muslims are by and large Neocons. Now why would the Neocons want Americans to simply hate all Muslims and not just terrorists and potential terrorists?

I cannot say for certain, but I suspect that this is because it is easier to convince Americans of the righteousness of a misguided military action by the Pentagon if the target audience of the war propaganda is a bunch of cattle who accept the notion that all Muslims are equally evil and represent an unnuanced homogeneous group. They could use this excuse to take out any leader, such as Ghadaffi, Mubarak, Saddam, and of course, Assad.

I strongly suspect this slyly implanted idea that all Muslims are evil is what is motivating many Americans to support US military engagements that, without the blanket hatred of all Muslims, would make no sense. Indeed, I have read opinions critical of Assad based on the fact that he is a Muslim and therefore is evil and not worthy of consideration. The people who expressed this opinion did not seem to care that if the US takes him out, he will be replaced by ISIS. To them there is no difference between ISIS and Assad. They are tragically wrong. Assad belongs to a subgroup of Shia Islam that is almost perfectly tolerant of other religions. Despite whatever sins he may be guilty of, he is the perfect choice for protection of minorities and has done an amazing job of creating a tolerant society in Syria. Only the made-in-USA terror groups like Al-Nusra and ISIS have changed this situation and turned groups against each other who once had learned to tolerate each other under the leadership of Assad.

I do not suspect that Trump will use hatred and suspicion of Muslims to such an untoward end. I think he was just shooting from the hip when he said we need to stop the immigration of Muslims until we can figure out what is going on.

But Hillary is another story.

Meanwhile my Albanian acquaintance was surprisingly open minded about Trump and said that Trump no doubt was not referring to all Muslims but only to people from terror-exporting countries. He said that if Trump became president Albanians would support him, but that likewise they would support Hillary if she won the presidency because her husband Bill had “helped” the Albanians in Kosovo. In other words, contrary to the doomsday warnings of both liberals and GOP higher-ups, Trump would not destroy the US’s rapport with all Muslim countries but may only sully the most radical ones, like Saudi Arabia, which is in fact the enemy of the American people and does not deserve to be coddled.

I also told him I thought Kosovo had become more unstable after the war and that NATO was just indiscriminately killing people.

Incredibly, while he disagreed on the first point, he seemed to agree that NATO was just having itself a rowdy shooting match in Kosovo!

Finally, he told me that Kosovo and Albania saved the lives of many Jews in those places. Here is that story confirmed by the Jewish Post http://www.jewishpost.com/news/Why-Albania-A-Nation-of-Muslims-Christians-Saved-Every-Jew.html.

The world is a big place and there are all sorts of nuances that we are best served to examine and try to understand. More-precise knowledge of groups of people can help both avoid unnecessary military intervention and/or make sure the groups targeted by the Pentagon and/or the State Department really are enemies and not in fact friends or potential friends of We the People. We really ought to have noticed by now that groups or nations that Washington declares to be enemies routinely turn out to be friends and vice-versa and that overly strident propaganda against anyone is generally an excuse for a needless war.

I am only just beginning to understand the Muslim world but God has allowed me to make just the kind of contacts that are helping me fill in the blanks.

Mitt joins Obama, Carter in calling radical Islamic mob “democratic”

by Don Hank

Mitt Romney has broken with conservative opinion in his statement on the Egyptian crisis, coming down on the side of the mob of angry Islamists and Barack Obama (see linked article):

http://www.newsmax.com/InsideCover/Romney-Mubarak-Should-Go/2011/02/01/id/384619?s=al&promo_code=B965-1

Obama, who has in fact demanded Mubarak’s immediate withdrawal, saying it “must begin now” (http://www.cnbc.com/id/41377934), is following in the footsteps of President Jimmy Carter, who — you may recall — righteously demanded, back in the 70s, that the Shah of Iran be deposed because he was not democratic enough. The assumption was that whoever replaced the Shah would, of course, be democratic.

So once the Iranian radical clerics saw that the Shah would get no more support from the US, they moved in for the kill, long knives drawn. The Shah’s overthrow paved the way for the eminently authoritarian Ayatollah Khomeini, who promptly took the US embassy personnel captive, as a way to say “thanks” to Jimmy Carter for all the support.

That went so well that, several years later, the democratic Khomeini’s successors eventually chose radical Islamist Akhmadinejad, who hates Western style democracy, as the leader of Iran. Democratic uprisings are now put down with an iron hand in Iran, but after all, that’s no longer important. The US democrats got what they wanted – elimination of a true American ally in the Middle East and his replacement with a man who hates America and Israel.

So now, Mitt Romney is in turn following Obama’s – and, let’s not forget,  Hillary’s — lead in denouncing Mubarak in Egypt because, after 40 years of serving as an invaluable go-between for Israel and the rest of the Middle East, why, it turns out he, like the Shah, is not democratic, never has been. Hillary was quick to scold Mubarak for not letting the Islamic radicals have their fun and organize his overthrow via the internet.

Discussion in the media generally portrays the Egyptian mob as the good guys, just as the media – and Carter – portrayed the Khomeini’s supporters during the 1978 upheaval in Iran.

But the persecution of Christians (as well as of Jews and Baha’is) was stepped up once the Khomeini was in power and Christians were forced out of their homeland. The media have forgotten that just a few weeks ago, a Coptic Christian church was burned by some of this same mob that now demands Mubarak’s overthrow.

The parallels are significant and if the lessons are clear they are clearly not learned.

If this Egyptian mob behaves the way the Iranian mob did in 1978 and the majority of Christians are driven from their homeland, remember the names:

Obama

Romney

Hillary

as being solidly behind the overthrow of a leader who played the lead role in stabilizing the region.

And then ask yourself if Mitt is your man in 2012. (But don’t forget to save a copy of the above-linked article, since Mitt has a habit of flip-flopping on everything as the wind changes directions or as he moves from one audience to another. One of his favorite lines is “I never said that.”)

Here is a brief profile for those not familiar with Mitt and his MO:

Republicans threw the election

Republicans threw the election

In the video linked below, hear the Democrats deny in their own words that there was a mortgage lending problem at Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac. One even cussed out the Republicans who dared to suggest there might be a problem.

Why didn’t McCain mention this?

I think the obvious answer is: McCain didn’t want to offend any of his buds on the other side of the aisle, where he was busy reaching most the time instead of being a Republican.

McCain sort of wanted to maybe possibly be president under certain conditions (to be set by the Democrats).

This is why this swell idea of getting along with everyone wrecked the Republican brand just as it wrecked the financial institutions.

No Republican would defend the free market.

Now there’s no one left to defend the Republican Party. And rich people everywhere, including the rich guys who supported Obama and his socialist worldview, are losing – reportedly the founders of TomTom have lost a million so far.

Watch here.

More on making leftists squirm

I have found that one very effective way to deal with leftists is to ask a question they can’t answer or will inevitably answer incorrectly based on a popular misconception, and then to suggest the answer in a cryptic way that he can’t quite comprehend. That makes you the master. Like the lefty I met at the polling place. I asked him what caused the banks to crash.

He said “lack of regulation of the market.” [All lefties say that because they hate the free market].

I said “what about the CRA?” knowing that he had never heard of it.

Then when he drew a blank, I taunted him by saying: “You know [of course he didn’t], the Community Reinvestment Act.”

At this point I had defeated him psychologically because he knew I knew more than he did and my matter-of-factness suggested this was common knowledge —  which in fact, it should be and would have changed the election results had it been.

But you note that I didn’t explain what the CRA was. I didn’t want him to be able to think up some half-baked argument showing that the bank crash was still the free market’s fault. And I also wanted him to be keenly aware that the media and the Dems were keeping him in the dark

I told him it was up to him to look it up and walked away the clear winner — even in his own eyes.

But not only that, I gave him ammunition to use in a conversation with someone else that will make him look good, and on top of that, because he looked it up himself, this has the psychological effect of making him think of himself as “self-taught,” a source of pride that will stimulate him to further study in the future and may eventually moderate his leftist views.

My ears are burning…

A pro-Obama, anti-Hillary Democrat blog cites “Laigle’s Forum:

“23 October – the ultra-far-right-wing blog “Laigle’s Forum” shows Berg the meaning of the saying “lie down with dogs, wake up with fleas”. [Quoting Laigle’s Forum:]

Remember that Berg claims to be a Sen. Clinton supporter. Yet these are the people supporting his suit.

“Note that Berg is a Hillary supporter and suddenly the Hillary camp is sounding like they want the Constitution restored. Can you see anything wrong with this picture of the Clinton camp complaining about injustice and lawlessness? The lady who made off with the White House silverware? The president who made a brothel of the White House and then perjured himself? The couple who rudely fired the kitchen help on trumped up charges as soon as they entered the White House, and whom Judicial Watch has been trying for years to indict for a wide assortment of suspected felonies?”

“(Is it just me, or do the tired old smears against the Clintons sound a LOT like the smears that Berg, “TexasDarlin”, and their supporters use against Sen. Obama. Hmmmmm……)”

This citation of Laigle’s is ironic for various reasons, for one thing, because a pro-Hillary blog had also cited an article by me in WorldNetDaily criticizing Obama.

About that “ultra-far-right-wing” epithet, why do Dems cite us if we are nothing but ultra-far rightwingers with whom they supposedly don’t agree with? When we criticize Obama, suddenly the Hillary camp cites us as authorities. When we criticize Hillary, the Obama supporters (in the present case) cite us as authorities but simultaneously undermine our authority with the “ultra-far-rightwing” epithet.

So, how to sort this out? first, thanks for the compliment, I think.

Second, Laigle’s does not bill itself as ultra-right, so where does this come from?

Our site has published articles from writers of different countries around the world who promote the free market and traditional values, particularly Christian traditions.

But wait: during their campaigns, both of the major Democratic candidates (Hill and Obama) have made a big issue out of being Christians themselves. So on this issue, whey don’t they qualify as ultra-far-rightwing”?

Laigle’s Forum has also tended to favor the free market, in keeping with Adam Smith’s book The Wealth of Nations. Smith is regarded as one of the first liberals.

Wouldn’t that make us liberals? Don’t they claim to be liberals?

Strong defense is another rightwing issue. Doesn’t Hillary support that, as she herself said repeatedly in her campaign?

Thus far, we are shaping up as very much like our Democrat counterparts.

The real difference is that we actually support the free market, strong defense and traditional religion, whereas the Left pretends to support them when it suits them for political purposes.

Now that Obama has mesmerized much of our youth into supporting communism, the Left is showing its true colors.

So the main difference is honesty and integrity.

If being honest makes us ultra-far-right, then I say guilty as charged, Your Honor!

BTW, they used to call people like us far right. Now they have added the “ultra.” But this tells us more about them than about us.

America is drifting to the far left, and the names the Left calls us change to match their leftward drift, not our rightward drift. We haven’t drifted.

Spreading Islam through public and Christian schools:

By Berit Kjos

Our friend Tom* enrolled his seventh grade son in a local Christian school this year. But he felt a bit uneasy when he saw the new history text. And as he leafed through the pages of World History: Medieval and Early Modern Times (a standard nationwide textbook), his concern grew.

The dramatic images, evocative suggestions and interesting group assignments would probably prevent boredom, but what would his son actually learn? How accurate were the lessons? And most important: What kinds of values would they instill?

Page 4 (in the section on “Strategies”) told students to “Try to visualize the people, places, and events you read about.”[4] With all the inspiring stories and pictures, that should be easy! Group dialogue and peer consensus would help seal those biased impressions! This was not what Tom expected from a Christian school!

U.S. may soon accept Sharia Law

Incredibly, in recent days, the U.S. Treasury Department has begun embracing Shariah-Compliant Finance.  Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Robert Kimmitt has professed an interest in “studying the salient features of Islamic banking to ascertain how far it could be useful in fighting the ongoing world economic crisis.”  According to a press report out of Saudi Arabia, he has declared that “experts in the Treasury Department are currently learning the important features of Islamic banking.”

William Lobdell says he lost his faith and is cashing in on his faithlessness to sell his book. Fair enough. Christians and Jews cash in on what they believe too.

I emailed William and told him our stories are reversed: I lost my faith in Marx after worshipping the Left for 40 years.

But before that I had lost my faith in God when I saw some of the same things he saw that caused Lobdell to doubt. My swing back to faith is partly the product of free will, and the willingness to submit and obey – not to religion but to God. That is a subtlety than I think many atheists haven’t understood.

Lobdell and I agree on one thing: religion in itself is not the way. Jesus Christ agrees with both of us on that. I think Lobdell is confusing religion with God, as I once naively did.

I am negotiating with Lobdell to submit an article to Laigle’s Forum so that we can respond.

Joran wanted to traffic in Thai women?

There is evidence that Joran van der Sloot wants, or wanted, to traffic in Thai prostitutes.

Obama required by SCOTUS to present a birth certificate:

“At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter’s Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.”

“If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.”

The lawsuit none dare mention

The lawsuit none dare mention

By Donald Hank

People all around the world are concerned about the lawsuit brought by Hillary supporter Phillip Berg, charging Barack Obama and the DNC with improprieties centered around Obama’s apparent inability to prove he is a US citizen, and in fact his having presented patently false documents, making him constitutionally ineligible to become the next president of the United States. The latest development is that the failure of Obama and the DNC to respond to the charges brought under this suit is, legally, an admission of guilt, making him ineligible for the presidency. It’s all over the internet.

But the silence in the media is deafening. None of the talk hosts will touch the story. Neither will Fox News.

Just this morning I received emails from two different Brazilian friends, including philosopher Olavo de Carvalho, whose columns we proudly present at Laigle’s Forum from time to time.

One email says:

Dear Don

Please clarify this: “Press Release: Obama & DNC admit all allegations in Berg v. Obama”? http://obamacrimes.com/index.php/component/content/article/1-main/38-press-release-obama-a-dnc-admit-all-allegations-in-berg-v-obama

Is this a hoax? If correct, why nobody says anything about it? The ‘official’ great media I can understand but why don’t conservatives like you say anything?

All the best and thanks for any help,

[name of prominent Brazilian activist]

The violent overthrow of America

Donald Hank By Donald Hank

Three of America’s enemies are positioning themselves to enter the White House, where one will continue the siege initiated by George W. Bush.

Hillary hates us because we didn’t go to Harvard.

The Obama’s hate us for our color — red, white and blue.  Barrack H. (don’t ask what it stands for) wants to be our first red president.

John McCain doesn’t hate us.  He just doesn’t know — or care — that we exist.

We are like the Travelocity gnome about to go over the falls.

Conservatives have always thought the left was planning a bloodless takeover of the US.

Takeover yes, bloodless, hardly.

The left sprouted in the bloodstained soil of France, coming to maturity in Russia and later China and elsewhere. Whenever it took root, millions died.

How will Americans die?

We’re already dying.  We just don’t associate these casualties with the left, partly because we can’t agree on the definition of a person and partly because the Bush administration managed to pull off a leftwing coup without being identified as a leftist.

But what is globalism if not neo-communism?  Old-fashioned Communists robbed rich people and gave to poor people, making nations poor.

Postmodern Communists rob from rich countries and give to poor countries, making the world poor.

Where’s the violence, you say?

There are 2 forms of violence due to leftist activism. The most obvious is abortion, which has produced as many casualties as Hitler and Stalin. The other form is more subtle and requires some explanation.

First we need to realize that when leftist historians report on events like the French, Bolshevik and Chinese Revolutions, they excuse the violence, saying the leaders were noble but participants got out of hand. Voila, no such thing as intentional leftist-generated violence. Just collateral damage.

Stefane Courtois and comrades, authors of The Black Book of Communism, the itemized tally sheet of the Left’s casualties (about 100 million by their count), are unrepentant leftists, who think leftist ideology can exist independently of violence. They envision a kinder gentler Marxist utopia in the future.

The mantra that killings in leftist regimes are not attributable to ideology works like a charm.  Psychologically, Americans need to believe everyone is good, even brutal dictators.  Thus, it wasn’t hard to convince us of this absurdity.

Another reason why casualties of the Left are hidden is that the Left has been successful in convincing us that the tilt of government toward “globalism” is actually part of a conservative agenda, alleging that the Bush administration wants open borders because capitalism needs cheap labor.  But if that’s true, why is it Ted Kennedy and Republicans in name only – the Republican left – who most enthusiastically support Bush’s amnesty campaign?

But the left (Democrats and RINOs) has also succeeded in convincing the public that the alien invasion causes no violence.

Just like “people who got out of hand” in foreign leftist revolutions, many illegal immigrants have “gotten out of hand,” committing violent crimes and killing people in auto accidents (over 9,000 deaths annually from both causes) or through diseases and drugs.

Though shrugged off by the media, these deaths far exceed the American casualties in Iraq that the media constantly rub under our noses.

But you will argue that these deaths are incidental and the government certainly does not intend to hurt you. But if you buy into this notion that the takeover of government by open border activists has not deliberately caused injury, then why are dangerous illegal aliens released here after serving time?  Why is an INS prison the site of one of the busiest naturalization offices on the East coast?

And how is it that a border guard can be killed by an alien criminal whom no one can extradite while those border guards who defend us are jailed?

Why do politicians oppose deportation when there’s a resurgence of formerly conquered diseases like leprosy, malaria or TB – including the multi-drug-resistant variety – precisely in areas of heavy illegal alien concentration?

How is it that the bulk of murder warrants in Los Angeles are for illegals, and yet the Los Angeles police department isn’t allowed to ask if a detained suspect is here illegally?

Isn’t it obvious that the government actually wants violent aliens to harm us?

What difference is there between releasing an angry mob to kill people in France, Russia and China and unleashing armies of criminal aliens to kill Americans?

Clearly there is an ideology behind this, based on the premise that Americans have too much — not only too much wealth, but even too much safety!  There is more to this than a desire to help the downtrodden.  There is a clear-cut thirst for revenge against the haves.  I had written that Maoism is, de facto, a movement intended not to help but rather to punish.  And our homegrown Maoism has been doing just that for many years.

I can’t tell you how many thousands of dollars I have lost over the years when companies that were then my clients started sending me affirmative action forms asking my sex and race.  Every time I returned one of these, confessing to being a white American male, I lost the client in question.  Every single time.

Affirmative action wasn’t devised to help anyone.  It was born to punish.  I am in fact fined thousands of dollars every year for being who I am since I was born, and absurdly, my daughter and Hispanic wife – supposed beneficiaries of affirmative action – pay a heavy price for having a father and husband who is – male!

Likewise, if you are a resident of this country, you are being punished for living here.

Even immigrants don’t escape.

A Hispanic friend of ours used to argue that we can’t just deport illegal aliens.  He was horrified when I said we can and should.  He and his wife recently moved to a suburban community near Washington, DC.  She called recently and complained of violent crime in their neighborhood due to Hispanic gangs.  Though mostly illegal immigrants, when they’re jailed, the gang members are eventually released back into their neighborhood.  These friends have four children, including their anchor baby, and they fear for their safety.

They finally get it.

When will we?
