The law seems to be the least of this court's issues; however, one must think that, like the income tax, the details of jurisdiction Jackson complains about have long since become history. Surely, all the jibber-jabber in the court's opinion about civil rights and its continued reference to the Perez case form its threadbare excuses for the complete trampling of the California constitution.

The next outrage will be when this court refuses, as it absolutely must, to allow Californians to vote on the ballot imitative that would restore the constitution to its original state (sad though that might be). Then what... Then what? Can California appeal to the U.S. Supremes? That ought to be interesting. Who would bring suit -- the Attorney General of California? Don't count on it.

Is the same sex marriage California Court ruling a violation of separation of powers?...

The California Constitution, only give the voters authority to amend or repeal the marriage statute limiting marriage to one man and one woman (Prop 22)....
