What does the left or right, or liberal or conservative view have to do with the gospel of Jesus Christ?

In his Word, Jesus says, "And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me."
Our opinions, no matter or good or valid we think they are, are not worth anything unless we allow the Holy Spirit to guide our thoughts and actions.

Whether we are liberal or conservative, it's only by God's grace (not our actions) that we are save.

I can say amen to D. James Kennedy.
I don’t understand why he isn’t being groomed to take over the religious right. He has done more than anyone to promote the idea of America founded by Christians.

Just think, if everyone said only nice things about everyone and everything, how wonderful (and inexpensive !) it would be. Just the savings on court costs alone — plus no need for anyone training to be a lawyer. No need for police forces! No one could testify against anyone and still be nice. No need for education — if everyone is nice, there won’t be any problem, no need to learn about anything, just be nice to everyone and everything and be happy. In fact, no need for churches, which might be a surprise. Just be nice. All problems solved. — NOT!

I really believe that the church would come alive if there were more churches like that of the late Jerry Falwell, John Hagee, Dr. D. James Kennedy. Churches that face evil head on. People need to be engaged in the culture and when they’re not, malaise sets in and snoring commences.
